Band hosts POPS concert

Saxophonists of the Symphonic Band, Wind Ensemble and Band 9 play "Let's Dance" by David Robert Jones for the finale.
Band hosted the 14th annual POPS concert in the auditorium after a pizza dinner March 6.
Band 9, Symphonic Band and Wind Ensemble each performed a set during the concert with solos from sophomore Henry Hein, sophomores Lexi Lee and Marco Giovannelli and senior Julien Shadle.
The songs paid tribute to actors and musicians who died in 2016.
The three bands combined to end the concert with a performance of “Let’s Dance” by David Robert Jones.
