Girl’s volleyball wins first section game

Team loses to Hopkins during second section game

The girls’ varsity volleyball played their first section game on Oct. 24 at Park against the Burnsville Blaze. The Orioles won the game 3-0.

According to MN Volleyball Hub, the team won the first set 25-18, the second set 25-15 and the third set 25-22.

Park defeated Burnsville after losing 2-3 in its regular season against Burnsville.

After winning on Oct. 24, Park traveled to Hopkins to play the Royals for its second section game on Oct. 28.

According to MN Volleyball Hub, the Orioles lost 0-3 to Hopkins, ending its 2016 season with a record of 11-11.
