Nordic Skiing
The nordic team had a busy start to its season. After waiting for snow, the team fit three meets into its schedule within four days. The girls and boys skiers competed in a relay meet Jan. 6, a conference meet Jan. 7 and the Mesabi East Invitational Jan. 9. The boys’ nordic captains are seniors Benedict Chong, Jackson Eilers and Conrad Phelan. The girls’ nordic captains are seniors Zoe Eilers and Rosa Hu and sophomore Caroline Green. The team has a conference meet Jan. 13 at Elm Creek.
