Transitioning into independence

Transition Plus is a program for young adults with disabilities to prepare for adult life. It provides various courses as well as opportunities for college classes, internships and jobs.

April 19-25 marks the official celebration of “Earth Week,” with Earth Day observed on April 22. During this time, Park’s Environmental Club seized the opportunity to amplify its message, spotlighting environmental justice and inspiring greater care for the ecosystem by planning special events for each day of Earth Week.
