Secretary Annabella Stratham

Sophomore Student Council secretary Annabella Stratham said she can’t wait to be the secretary of the council because of her dedication to Park.

“I’ve been on Student Council since fourth grade and I love Student Council. I think it’s really important and I think it’s great we have a really good (council) at our school,” Stratham said.

Stratham looks forward to working with her fellow officers to make a difference at Park.

“I am excited. I think next year we are trying to bring more events into the school and try to get school spirit at a higher level and so am excited to see what we can do with that and to make the school a better place,” Stratham said.

Stratham said she ran for secretary unopposed and feels happy she got the position.

“I thought secretary sounded like a good position to me because I am pretty organized and the secretary has to take attendance and make sure everyone’s attendance is OK and take notes at each meeting and turn them into the president,” Stratham said.

Lindenberg said Strathman’s organization skills will play a crucial role in planning events and keeping Student Council organized.

“Her strengths are organization and connecting the dots of the different events being planned and people who would be strong in certain roles and jobs with the events in Student Council,” Lindenberg said.
