Echowan
Students interested in writing, design or photography, can choose to take Echowan as a class next year according to adviser Julianne Herbert.
According to editor in chief Talia Simonett, Echowan is responsible for creating and publishing the school year book.
“In Echowan we make the yearbook from scratch. The book is entirely made from the Echowan staff, every design, story and picture,” Simonett said.
To get involved in Echowan, having experience with journalism and photography is recommended.
“(Students) either take journalism or photo or they just have a passion for writing or photography and they apply as freshmen or sophomores,” said Herbert.
Echowan meets daily during 5th hour.
