Principal Scott Meyers announced his resignation in February and St. Louis Park Public Schools is now moving into the second round of virtual interviews which are scheduled for April 28. With Principal Scott Meyers having announcing his resignation in February, the administration has been conducting interviews with stakeholders, according to 6425 News.

The search continues for the next St. Louis Park High School Principal. More than 50 St. Louis Park Public Schools stakeholders participated in the daylong, virtual first-round interviews on April 16 with a field of six candidates,” 6425 News said.

The second round of virtual interviews is scheduled for April 28 and has opportunities for more community involvement. 

“The second round interviews will consist of a community presentation where candidates will have 20 minutes to respond to a prompt from the District and 20 minutes to answer moderated questions from attendees,” 6425 News said.

According to 6425 News, in May, the new Principal will be chosen, and they are to begin work July 1, with approval from the School Board.
