Why are you looking forward to being a captain?

“I am excited to be a captain because I am excited to be a mentor for a sport that I love and be able to be in charge of younger kids on my team and incorporate everybody and make it a good team environment.”

What changes do you want to make to the team?

“I want to incorporate the younger girls more because there is a big age gap between seventh and twelfth graders. Also most of our team is middle schoolers, so I want to make it easier to close the age gap.”

What responsibility do you have now?

“We will help coaches, lead stretching, plan activities outside of practice like fundraisers or the team sleepover and do all of the out of the gym action and I look forward to that.
