Robotics club looks for new members

New members don’t need prior knowledge or interest in robotics

According to Senior captain Francis Thelen, the Robotics club deals with more than just technology. They have to deal with aspects of business, photography, and writing.

“A popular misconception is that we just build a robot. There are so many other aspects involved,” Thelen said.

New members don’t need prior knowledge of robotics; they can learn what they need on the job, according to Thelen.

“You don’t have to be good at robotics to join; we can teach you and help you learn,” Thelen said.

To join the robotics club, contact Francis Thelen or club adviser Trevor Paulson.

“You can usually find Mr. Paulson in the ArtTech room or in the woodshop,” Thelen said.
