According to thespian president Nietzsche Deuel, new thespians were woken up between the hours of five and six a.m. April 17 to partake in an induction tradition.

“Between the time of 5-6 a.m. we would be let into their houses and we would sneak into their rooms. My group played songs that we thought was fitting for each person. Some other groups got woken up by getting silly string sprayed in their face,” Deuel said. “We wake them up and we buy breakfast for them and of course we made the signs for them and they wear them all day.”
