Boys’ soccer heads to section finals

Freshman Max Kent battles with a Robbinsdale Armstrong player in the quarterfinal game of sections at 7 p.m. Oct. 11 at home.

After two close victories in sudden death overtime, the boys’ team advances to the 6AA section finals game. The team beat Robbinsdale Armstrong High School in the quarterfinals Oct. 11 and Wayzata High School Oct. 13. The next game will be against Minneapolis South High School at 7 p.m. Oct. 16 at Roosevelt High School in Minneapolis. The winner of that game will advance to the state competition.
