Spanish Club
From decorating cookies to watching movies, the Spanish club provides a place for students interested in the Spanish language and culture to gather and learn, according to club adviser Marcus Erikson.
“Our club is an opportunity for students who are interested in Spanish language and the cultures of the Spanish-speaking world to learn more outside of school,” said Erikson.
The activities planned by the Spanish club are largely based on the interests of club members explains Erikson.
“It depends on what members want to do and want to organize/help organize. It could be decorating cookies for Día de Muertos or watching a movie,” said Erikson.
The Spanish Club plans on meeting about once a month. To learn about meeting information, listen for announcements in Spanish classes, look for flyers the school or stop by B233 to be added to the club email list.
