City of Minneapolis to host NCAA-sponsored events in addition to final games of post-season tournament

The entrance of the 2019 NCAA Tip-Off Tailgate is located at Nicollet Mall, and spans past 11th street, where the main stage is located. The Tailgate will occupy Nicollet Mall throughout the weekend while the final games are played.
