The Storiole will host its annual blow-out sale May 8-May 19.

From May 8 until May 19, the Storiole will be holding its annual blowout sale, according to DECA advisor Ms. Ross.

“We try to get rid of all our merchandise by offering students and staff discounted prices,” Ross said.

The goal of the Storiole is to clean out the inventory to raise money for merchandise for the next school year, according to DECA member Scott Eaves.

“We always like to try to get new clothing designs,” said Eaves. “New hats, new sweatshirts, that kind of stuff.”

Ross said apparel is up to $20 off the original retail price.

“All of our sweatshirts, and jackets, and quarter zips are $20,” Ross said. “Our sweatpants and shorts are all $10, and then our t-shirts and tank tops are five dollars. We also have some long sleeve performance shirts that are $15.”

Ross said the store might not make huge profits from the sale, but that the main goal is to start fresh for the following school year.

“Some of (our sales) just breaking even on, some of it we’re actually losing money on,” Ross said. “But it’s nice towards the end of the school year to clean out our inventory so we have money to work with to get new merchandise for the following year.”
