7 minute workout ★★★

If there is one app that could single handedly transform your fitness routine, it’s 7 minute workout app. This app takes the user through a 7 minute full body workout requiring nothing more than a chair and a wall. The workout includes 14 different exercises including push-ups, mountain climbers, and squats, performed for thirty seconds each. Ideally, the seven minute  circuit would be performed anywhere from two to five times in one session, separated by optimal rest, depending on the user’s level of fitness. Combining cardio and strength elements, as well as activating nearly all of your main muscle groups, this workout is something you could repeat on a daily basis, without much variance, and increase your overall level of fitness. For me, it is far and away the best way to get the most out of your workouts without leaving your house.
