Famous speaker coming to Jewish Student Union group

Jewish Student Union, led by Rabbi Tzvi Kupfer and seniors Isaac Greenwood and Isaac Stone, welcomes speaker Adrienne Gold Feb 20.

Kupfer said Gold is in Minneapolis to speak at another event, but they managed to get her to speak for the club this Thursday afternoon.

“She is a sought after speaker and 15 years ago she began her journey to become more connected with Judaism and spiritual roots,” Kupfer said. “She speaks about her experiences in the beauty industry as well as her journey, and her new focus on Judaism.”

Kupfer said he likes the approach Gold takes on the subject.

“She’ll weave her experiences into her talk and leave the students with a different mindset and worldview of her topic,” Kupfer said.

Senior Benjamin Grad said he looks forward to Adrian Gold’s speech.

“JSU has never had a speaker actually come in before,” Grad said. “I’m excited to hear what she has to say.”
